3. Transaction Process
Funds will only be released once all parties meet the conditions outlined in the escrow agreement. We do not release funds based on verbal claims or outside agreements not recorded within the platform.
4. Fees
Our fees are transparently disclosed before the start of any transaction. Fees may vary depending on transaction size, type, and service tier. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we will act as a neutral intermediary and review submitted evidence from both parties. We may request additional documentation and reserve the right to freeze funds until the matter is resolved.
6. Compliance
All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. We reserve the right to decline or terminate service at our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid for the transaction in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
